Company History

Gei-Corp Trucking is a family owned local business headquartered in Markle, Indiana just off interstate I-69. The business was started by Chris Geiger in 1998 with one truck, one trailer and one customer. He started the business to diversify the family farming enterprise and to keep his farming employees busy and employed throughout the year. The business started with general freight and expanded into expedite just on time freight serving the air cargo industry. The company then expanded into the automotive industry delivering direct to assembly plants and then branched out into the Canadian market and obtained Canadian authority to cross the border.

The efforts of hard work, dedicated employees, outstanding customer service and putting the clients first has grown the business has from 1 truck to 17 trucks and over 25 trailers. The trailers consist of air ride 53’ dry vans, 53’ specialized super vans and a step deck flats.

As a smaller for hire fleet Gei-Corp. Trucking has risen to the top by efficient in house control of a strict maintenance program. Continuing to seek out and implement the most efficient and latest technologies used in the trucking industry to provide the greatest return to be a sustainable lowest cost transportation company. We believe it is in our best interest to invest in the equipment that carries our customers freight rather than expensive concrete and mortar facilities.
